Patton Industries, Inc. was founded in 2003.
Our business philosophy is a simple one: Provide Spiral Pipe and Fittings of the highest quality for the lowest price. We meet this goal by continuous improvement of our raw materials, manufacturing processes, customer service, vendor relations, and shipping methods.
First, we inspect every piece or coil of metal which we receive to insure it is of the finest quality and meets strict material specifications.
We are always striving to improve upon our manufacturing methods. We have experimented with different ideas and have standardized our techniques. We are always looking for a better way. When we find a better way our standard is changed immediately.
Our customer is why we remain in business and we will do all we can to satisfy the customer. On-time delivery is something we stress here at Patton Industries. If there is a problem of any kind, we will make it right.
Our vendors are also very important to us. We work with our vendors, pay our bills on time, and make requests of them which will benefit production and help lower costs to our customers.
We are constantly improving our shipping methods to insure NO DAMAGE of our products. It does no good to make a quality product if it gets damaged in transit. Therefore we do everything humanly possible to keep this from taking place. Rising freight costs have been a concern in the recent past and we have worked with all of our freight partners to insure low shipping costs. Whether you receive your material via box truck, tractor trailer, less-than-truckload carrier, or by rail, your shipment will be at the lowest cost available.
